Spring Snowman!

Today is March 25 - it has been Spring for 5 days and we got about 9 inches of snow last night... The ONLY fun part about getting snow in the Spring is making a snowman.

Sledding!

We met papaw this morning for some sledding fun. It was cold and a little icy but we sure had a good time. Bryce is ready to go again but with 50 degree weather predicted for next weekend, it might be a while (which is ok with mommy!)

Fun Visit from Aunt Audrey!

Aunt Audrey came for a long weekend visit this weekend. We had so much fun :) Here are a few pictures from our visit to the zoo and park yesterday. (Bryce called her Ms. Audrey)

Karate

Bryce LOVES karate which he has been taking at daycare. Today was his first promotion ceremony. He moved from a white belt to a yellow belt. It was an amazing ceremony - he has learned so much! He had to do a number of things to get promoted including breaking a board (which his teacher signed and he got to keep). His teacher only had good things to say about him :) I was so proud of him and he was so happy to see me.

They call this last one "noodle body". When a stranger tries to grab your shoulders, you let your body go limp and drop to the floor. Then you wrap your arms around one leg and your legs around the other leg so the stranger is trapped and can't run away. Pretty clever - huh??
